This Michelin Guide 2018 restaurant, The Progress is the loving result of of this second restaurant for Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinki of State Bird Provisions. Dining is mostly family style and the menu changes nightly with a choice of 6 dishes of 17 offered! @theprogresssf
We ordered by checking-off the menu, choosing dishes from Western Additions, Raw & Salads, Platters, Vegetables & Grains, Meat & Seafood!
Highlights of my meal were the CA sturgeon caviar potato cloud and alaskan halibut ‘a la plancha” with fava beans & green garlic ravigote, pictured!!
The food is a cross cultural experience with bright, unique combo’s and delectable sauces; where East meets West with bold flavors and beautiful platings.
Fabulous personalized service from casually and cooly dressed staff. It’s a true dining experience that I enjoyed immensely and can’t wait to go again!
