I will preview homes that are on and off-market that meet your wish list requirements to save you the time of house hunting on-line and perhaps missing an opportunity.
Separately or together, we will tour the homes that I have previewed for you to continue to refine our search if we haven't found a match quickly.
Be flexible in your touring schedule. When the purchase market is competitive, it is beneficial to view homes as they come to market or act speedily for off-market listings.
You will be shown a variety of homes in your price range to expose you to several home purchase scenarios.
YOU'VE FOUND YOUR HOME. NOW WHAT?
Together we will determine what and when the offer should be made.
We will write your offer together, determining the best strategy.
Negotiating for the best possible outcome, I will advocate for you every step of the way.

You will receive an escrow timeline and I will ensure that all contingencies are met in a timely manner.
Schedule and facilitate any buyer inspections for you or with you.
Review the inspection reports together to determine what, if any negotiations should be made.
Collaborate with your lender to make sure your loan will meet the loan contingency period deadline.
Move to close the escrow.
Loan funds will arrive.
Document signing will be arranged at the title company of your choice and I will be present at the signing.
You will be notified when the escrow has recorded and we will meet to make your key exchange.
